At FishStix, we know how important it is to get your gear on time and ready for the water. We work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the details below for information on order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be extended. If your order is delayed beyond our normal processing window, our team will make every effort to notify you.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size of your order, shipping destination, and selected delivery method.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Standard shipping timelines typically range from 3–7 business days, though actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and destination.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Domestic Shipping
FishStix currently ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping availability to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may vary based on product size and carrier limitations.
If additional shipping charges apply to oversized items or non-standard destinations, those charges will be shown at checkout or communicated before shipment.
International Shipping
At this time, FishStix does not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated on the website.
If international shipping is added in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their local government or carrier.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking details when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipment notification has been sent.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier volume, service interruptions, or other factors outside our control.
FishStix is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect address information provided at checkout, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned to FishStix due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been submitted or processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your delivery carrier.
If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue. However, FishStix is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact FishStix within 5 business days of delivery.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:
your order number
photos of the packaging
photos of the damaged item
a brief description of the issue
We will review all damage claims and work with you on the appropriate next step.
Pre-Orders and Backordered Items
If an item is listed as a pre-order or backordered item, estimated ship timing will be noted on the product page when available.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship separately or may be held until all items are available, depending on inventory and fulfillment conditions.
