Refund Policy

FishStix accepts returns within 30 days of purchase and must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as purchased to receive full credit.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer, and a proof of purchase is required.

All FishStix™ Rods are individually manufactured and inspected with the utmost care and come with a five year warranty. Should failure occur due to defects in materials or workmanship (to be determined by FishStix L.L.C.), the rod or components of the rod will be replaced at no charge during the warranted period. The warranty does not cover any damage to the rod that results from accidental breaking, abuse, misuse, alteration, or modifications. FishStix reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any FishStix Rod covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued or special edition models with comparable models when necessary.

The consumer must make all warranty claims directly to FishStix. Any repair work done outside of FishStix will void the warranty. All Rods should be properly packaged and insured when returning for warranty. The Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. The consumer is responsible for shipping.
