The consumer must make all warranty claims directly to FishStix. Any repair work done outside of FishStix will void the warranty. All Rods should be properly packaged and insured when returning for warranty. The Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase. The consumer is responsible for shipping.

We build every FishStix rod to perform from the first cast — but if it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you. Return your rod within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked.

Applies to all DTC orders on all series:

• Any reason — didn’t like the action, wrong model, changed your mind
• All orders placed at fishstix.com (online purchases only)

Shipping:

• We ship to you FREE
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (actual carrier cost at time of return)
• Need a prepaid label? Request one through our claims portal and we’ll quote you the actual cost

Refunds: Issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the rod back

Exchange: Want a different model or series? We’ll ship it at no extra charge — you cover return shipping on the original

Condition: Rod must be returned in original or comparable packaging. Normal fishing use during the 30-day window is fine. Physical damage from misuse is not eligible for return.

Every FishStix Titanium Series and Legend Series rod comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original owner. If your rod ever fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we’ll replace it.

• All purchases — DTC (fishstix.com) AND authorized retail partners
  
  What’s Covered:
• Blank integrity failures (delamination, structural failure under normal fishing load)
• Guide frame or insert failure not caused by corrosion from improper care
  Reel seat failure
• Handle / cork separation from the blank
• Any defect in workmanship present at or occurring after purchase under normal use

What’s NOT Covered:

• Physical impact damage — car doors, high-sticking, dropping, rod tip on a boat deck
• Corrosion or guide failure from improper care (always rinse with fresh water after use)
• Normal wear: grip wear, cosmetic scratches, guide tip wear from heavy use
• Modifications or third-party repairs
  Commercial / guide use unless enrolled in the FishStix Ambassador Program
• Rods purchased secondhand — warranty is non-transferable
• Loss or theft

Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation, receipt, or card statement. Registration not required but recommended.

Original Owner Only: Non-transferable. Applies to the original purchaser only.

Every FishStix Guide Series rod (Hitman Series) comes with a 3-Year Limited Warranty for the original owner. If your rod fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use within 3 years of purchase, we’ll replace it.

Applies to:

• FishStix Guide Series / Hitman Series — $149 MSRP

All purchases — DTC (fishstix.com) AND authorized retail partners

What’s Covered:

• Blank integrity failures under normal fishing load
• Guide frame or insert failure not caused by corrosion from improper care
• Reel seat failure
• Handle / cork separation from the blank

Any defect in workmanship under normal use within the 3-year warranty period

What’s NOT Covered:

• Physical impact damage — car doors, high-sticking, dropping
• Corrosion from improper care (rinse your gear with fresh water after every trip)
• Normal wear: grip wear, cosmetic scratches, guide tip wear
• Modifications or third-party repairs
• Commercial / guide use unless enrolled in the FishStix Guide Program
• Rods purchased secondhand — non-transferable
• Claims filed more than 3 years after original purchase date

Original Owner Only: Non-transferable.
